If you've received a notification from us regarding a payment authorization that was not captured successfully, it is likely due to the payment initially being recognized but subsequently bouncing back. In such cases, it's advisable to connect with your bank to confirm that only one charge is present and to clarify that our system only accepted one charge in order to remove any additional charges. Typically, any pending charges should fall off your account within a specified date range indicated by us. When a payment issue like this occurs, your order will unfortunately be cancelled, and you may place a new order at your convenience.
